Want to bring CFT + TCM to your hometown or other location? Curious about the cost of home visits? Here are our travel policies and fees to help you prepare and plan a trip:

TRAVEL FEES:

  • The first 30 miles of travel is free.

  • Travel over 30 miles is $0.80 per mile (one way).

OVERNIGHT FEES:

  • Daily lodging rate (varies per city): $126-$248 is the average range per day.

  • Meals and incidental expenses: $86 per non-travel day; $64 for first and last day of travel.

SESSION MINIMUM:

Unless you are a baby home visit within a 30 mile radius, a minimum amount of sessions booked is required to travel on location.

  • 5 sessions per day minimum

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Traveling for sessions requires a private office space or treatment room with a massage table, chair, pillow and blanket. This is not included in the fee and is the sole responsibility of the coordinator to secure and make available.

  • Individual session fees are separate from travel fees and must be completed 24 hours before the first day of travel.

  • 50% nonrefundable deposit upon booking. All travel fees and session fees must be completed 24 hrs before first day of travel. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 2 weeks in advance.
